📍 TRACKING & MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, follow these steps:

🏡 Ask your neighbors: Your package may have been misdelivered.
⏳ Wait 3 business days: Carriers sometimes mark packages as “delivered” before they physically arrive. If your package is still missing after 3 days, contact us for assistance.

If your package remains undelivered, you may file a claim with the carrier:

❌ INCORRECT ADDRESSES, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

❌ Unclaimed or refused deliveries.
❌ Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that were lost or stolen.
