At this time, we exclusively ship within the United States.

International shipping is not available.

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, follow these steps:

🏡 Ask your neighbors: Your package may have been misdelivered.

Wait 3 business days: Carriers sometimes mark packages as “delivered” before they physically arrive. If your package is still missing after 3 days, contact us for assistance.

❌ INCORRECT ADDRESSES, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES


We are NOT responsible for:

❌ Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

❌ Unclaimed or refused deliveries.

❌ Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that were lost or stolen.


📢 If your address was correct and you did not receive your package, please file a claim with the carrier.
